| 摘 要： | China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC)on July 19 issued a circular to further standardise the management of foreign- invested projects in five aspects,in an effort to prevent the potential risks that abnormal inflow of foreign capital may have on healthy development of the Chinese economy and on the balance of international payment.
