脱油型水力旋流器结构建模及流场分布特征研究

摘    要:针对所建立的脱油型静态水力旋流器结构设计模型进行了简要的分析。根据旋流器结构特征,确定其相应的结构参数及比例缩放的关系模型,同时对旋流器流场中液流的自由涡、强制涡、组合涡与螺旋涡分布进行了理论分析与计算,对加深人们对旋流分离技术的理解,具有重要的工程实际意义。

Abstract:Structural design modeling constructed on static de-oiling hydrocyclones was briefly analyzed. According to its geometric characteristic, the corresponding structure parameters and relevant scaling model was determined. At the same time, distributing characterization of flow field, including forced vortex, free vortex, compound vortex and spiral vortex, inside hydrocyclones was analyzed and calculated. It is of great engineering significance for people to deepen the mastering of the hydrocyclonic separation technology
