灵芝深层发酵制备多糖蛋白生物活性钙的研究

摘    要:本文研究了灵芝深层发酵条件下富集钙的培养方法和生成多糖蛋白生物活性钙的最佳条件。发现培 养基中低浓度的钙对灵芝生长和多糖蛋白生物活性钙合成有促进作用。红灵芝在深层发酵中,添加0.2%的硝 酸钙和氨基酸钙,生物富集钙的能力最强,对提高多糖蛋白生物活性钙效果明显。

Abstract:This paper offered a calcium - enriched method to get polysacchroprotein bioactive calcium by cultivating in the Ganoderma lucidum deep fermentation, and the optimal conditions was produced polysaccharoprotein bioactive calcium. It was found that the calcium solution of low concentration promoted the growth of Ganodermal lucidum and synthesis of polysaccharoprotein bioactive calcium. As added 0.2% calcium nitrate and calcium amino acid in the Ganoderma lucidum deep fermentation, the ability of bioenriching action of calcium by Ganoderma lucidum was the best, and rate of polysaccharoprotein bioactive calcium was obviously increased.
