摘    要:用正庚烷沉淀出沙中常压渣油中的沥青质 ,脱去沥青质后用氧化铝和硅胶的串联吸附色谱柱将其分离为饱和组分、芳香组分和胶质组分。采用高离子化电压质谱技术和场解析质谱技术分别对饱和组分、芳香组分和胶质组分进行分析 ,以研究常压渣油在加氢预处理过程中的组成变化 ,为渣油加氢催化剂的研制及工艺研究提供参考依据

Abstract:The asphaltenes in the residue samples are precipitated using n-heptane. The heptane-soluble components are further fractionated into saturates, aromatics and resins on the alumina/silica gel column. Then each fraction is analyzed on a VG Autospec MS. The mass spectrometric data are processed using group-type methods. It is clearly observed that the saturate constituents of residue increase by processing on a 60-liter pilot plant, while the contents of aromatics and colloids decrease. Moreover, the molecular distribution of hydrogenated sample is similar to that of the crude sample. The change is helpful to process hydrogenated sample. The experimental approach provides a useful method, which is helpful for developing residue catalyst and technology.
