摘    要:基于电阻分压器的电子式电压互感器的原理、结构和输出信号等与传统的电压互感器有很大不同,其性能主要受电阻特性和杂散电容的影响.从等效电路的角度分析了电阻特性和杂散电容对电子式电压互感器测量准确度的影响;利用Ansoft软件包建立分压器的有限元模型对杂散电容进行了计算分析,并根据杂散电容分布对屏蔽罩进行了设计.在理论分析基础上,研制了一台电阻分压式的10kV电子式电压互感器,并进行了准确度测试.测试结果表明,设计的10kV电子式电压互感器准确度满足IEC 60044-7标准要求,准确度达0.2级.

Abstract:The principle, structure and output signal of an electronic voltage transformer based on a resistive voltage divider are different with that of a traditional voltage transformer. The performance of a resistor voltage transformer could be affected by the resistors and stray capacitance. The influences of resistors and stay capacitance in electric circuit are analyzed; with the use of Ansoft software package, the stray capacitance of the resistor voltage transformer is simulated by a FEM model and the shielding has been designed in terms of the stray capacitances. According to the analysis and calculations, a 10kV electronic voltage transformer has been developed and tested. The accuracy test results show that the transformer could satisfy the requirement of IEC 60044-7 and the measurement accuracy could reach class 0.2.
