庚酸与季戊四醇酯化反应的热力学解析

摘    要:采用Benson和Joback基团贡献法解析了四庚酸季戊四醇酯酯化反应的焓变、熵变、Gibbs自由能变和平衡常数。热力学解析表明,在373.15 K~513.15 K的温度范围内,庚酸与季戊四醇在合成四庚酸季戊四醇酯的过程中,单酯,双酯和三酯均为放热反应,四酯为吸热反应。从理论上讲,庚酸与季戊四醇的酯化反应为自发过程。

Abstract:The enthalpy change, entropy change, Gibbs free energy change and equilibrium constant on esterification reaction of pentaerythritol tetrahaptanoate were analyzed by Benson and Joback group contribution methods.The thermodynamic analysis showed that monoester, diesters and triesters were the exothermic reaction, while tetraestes was the endothermic reaction in process of synthesizing pentaerythritol tetrahaptanoate by heptanoic acid with pentaerythritol in the temperature range of 373.15 K-513.15 K.The esterification reaction of heptanoic acid with pentaerythritol was spontaneous process theoretically.
