多喷嘴水煤浆气化炉的工业化应用

摘    要:简要介绍了新型多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉流场及煤气化机理,重点评述了工业化应用概况。工业化成功运行表明,多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术具有气化效率高、气化炉运转平稳、负荷可调节范围大等特点,合成气中有效成分(CO H2)体积分数达84.9%,碳转化率达98%~99%,炉渣中可燃物平均质量分数<10%,吨甲醇煤耗为1.35 t。新型多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术的开发成功,将大大推动我国煤化工技术的发展,推进相关产业的技术进步。

Abstract:A brief account is given of the flow distribution and coal gasification mechanism in the new-type multi-nozzle opposing coal-water slurry gasifier,with emphasis on the review of its industrial application.The successful industrialized operation indicates that such a gasifier has the characteristics of high gasification efficiency,stable operation of the gasifier,and large adjustable scope for the load.The active constituents(CO H2) in the syngas reach 84.9% in volume fraction,the carbon conversion is 98%~99%,the average mass fraction of the combustibles in the cinders is <10%,and a ton of methanol consumes 1.35 t of coal.The successful development of the gasifier will promote greatly the expansion of the coal chemical processing technology in China and also technical advances in relevant industries.
