摘    要:本文介绍了在YC6108Q型车用直喷工柴油机上,对螺旋进气道的三种方案所进行的试验及分析对比,结果表明,螺旋进气道最小截面结构参数是影响流量系数及发动机经济性能和碳烟排放的重要因素,合理选用进气道是提高发动机性能的重要措施之一。

Abstract:Comparative tests were carried out on model YC6108Q vehicle direct injection diesel engines, including three types helical inlet ports. The results indicate that minimal sectional construction and dimension of inlet port is a key factor, which affects the charging coefficient, economy of engine and emission of soot; and it is an important method to improve performance of engine by rational selection of helical inlet port.
