高硫镍镀液中苯亚磺酸钠的测定

摘    要:准确测定电镀液中添加剂的含量,对排除电镀故障及提高镀液质量有指导作用.采用紫外分光光度法研究了pH值、无机盐等对高硫镍镀液中苯亚磺酸钠吸光度的影响,建立了测定镀液中苯亚磺酸钠浓度的分析方法.结果表明,该方法快速、准确,可用于工业电镀高硫镍电解液中苯亚磺酸钠浓度的现场分析.

Abstract:With a view to the importance of the accurate determination of additive concentration in guiding the efficient troubleshooting and coating quality improving for high sulfur nickel electroplating process, the concentration of the sodium benzenesulfinate additive contained in a high sulfur nickel electroplating bath was determined using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Thus the method to determine the sodium benzenesulfinate in the high sulfur nickel electroplating bath was established, and the influences of pH value and inorganic salt on the absorbance of the sodium benzenesulfinate were studied. It was found that the method established had the advantages of rapid and accurate measurement and could be applied to the field analysis of the sodium benzenesulfinate in industrial high sulfur nickel electroplating baths.
