单相DC/AC逆变器大信号快速建模仿真方法

摘    要:基于并网及离网单相全桥逆变电路,提出并验证了包含控制及调制电路在内单相逆变器大信号模型快速建模仿真方法。理论计算方法可以获得单相逆变器环路设计所需大信号数学模型,用于指导控制器设计;脉宽调制开关模型平均建模方法充分保留了原始电路结构(如桥臂中点及电路接地点等),有利于充分观察内部电路及端口电压电流特征,尤其适合多变换器组合的系统级仿真。可以预测的是,所提方法不受电路拓扑及控制方法限制,具有较好的普适意义。

Abstract:Based on grid-tie and grid-off single phase full bridge inverter, a large signal fast modeling and simulation method for single phase DC/AC inverters is proposed. Large signal mathematical model for loop gain and controller design could be obtained with the proposed theoretic calculation method. The proposed averaging method preserves origin inverter circuit, such as branch middle point and ground point. It helps inner circuitry, terminal voltages and currents to be observed. Therefore, it is very suit for system simulation with multi converters. And it is predicted that the proposed general method is not restricted by inverter topologies and control approaches.
