包容性设计在城市交通设施设计中的应用

目的针对地安门外大街的交通公共设施设计项目,系统运用包容性设计理论,对不同人群的公共交通行为、历史文化遗址、街区建筑景观、现代商业服务模式等要素进行分析研究。方法运用观察和访谈等质化研究方法,对项目区域的交通行为进行采样,界定现有城市公共设施系统存在的问题和设计创新机会点,提出了人性化的公共设施解决方案。结论设计方案兼顾城市公共空间的易用性、无障碍性及文化的差异性,为中国历史文化都市的公共设施创新设计提供了方法论层面的理论模型和实践案例。

Application of Inclusive Design Methodology in the Urban Traffic Furniture Design

It aims to develop urbane furniture system for the Gulou Street in Beijing through employing the inclusive design methodology. The research team studies public traffic behavior, historical cultural sites, architecture landscape, and business service mode to narrow down the urbane furniture design opportunity. The final solutions balances factors such as usability, accessibility and cultural differences, and creates human-centered urbane public space. It provides a theoretical model and practical case for the innovation design of public facilities in Chinese historical and cultural city.
