| 摘 要： | 以实现车辆实时监控与调度管理为目的，详细描述了GPS（全球定位系统）车辆监控管理系统的设计与实现方法。GPS车辆监控管理系统主要由车载终端和监控中心两大部分组成，融合了GPS全球定位技术、无线通信技术和GIS（地理信息系统）三大关键技术。该系统的设计与开发采用了VC＋＋6．0与MapX控件，以及强大功能的SQL Server数据库，通过GPRS（通用分组无线电业务）实现监控中心与车载终端的数据双向传输，可实现车辆监控、调度管理、轨迹回放与报警管理等功能。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the purpose of monitoring and dispatching vehicles, this paper describes a method to design and develop the GPS vehicle monitoring management center. The GPS vehicle monitoring management center is a combination of GPS, GIS, GPRS, and includes mainly vehicle terminal and monitoring management center. This system is developed with the VC＋＋ 6.0 and MapX, SQL Server. It transfers the data between the monitoring center and vehicles to monitor vehicles, dispatch vehicle, replay trace and carries alarm management with GPRS communication module. |
