| Abstract: | Geographic and climate conditions in the Huai River Basin determine the special feature in the Huai River Harness. Henan province situates in the upper reaches of the Huai River. The speed and result of Huai River harness in Henan Province plays a critical role in the overall harness of the river. Overall harness in Henan province has been speed up while grasping opportunities and focusing on the core. |
