| 摘 要： | 为了保障宁夏电力电视电话会议系统的正常稳定运行,针对目前系统中比较典型和常见的几类故障,分别从传输链路的备份、音视频系统的备份、核心设备主要板件的备份等方面进行了反事故演习。突出了国家电网公司对会议系统要求的“一主两备”,并且采用了网络视频作为电视会议系统的视频备用手段。通过此次演习,检验了宁夏电力电视电话会议系统技术保障方案和反事故预案的可行性和可操作性,保证了系统稳定、可靠的运行。

| Abstract: | To guarantee the Ningxia electric power teleconference system running normally and stably,an anti-accident maneuver is carried out by simulating common and typical faults such as failure of transmission link,audio and video system,and main circuit boards on key equipment.It is aimed to realize the objectives of "one active plus two standbys" for audio which is requested by State Grid Corporation of China,and adopting IP network conference as backup for video.Through this maneuver,the technical guarantee scheme of the electric power teleconference system in Ningxia,the feasibility and maneuverability of anti-accident pre-case are examined,so that a stable,dependable system is assured. |
