| 摘 要： | 企业集群是当今中小企业发展的重要方向，供应链管理的思想和方法在企业集群中将发挥起越来越重要的作用。本文对企业集群及其特点，企业集群内的供应链管理，供应链网在企业集群中的作用，企业集群内的供应链网特点及新需求进行了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, enterprise cluster is becoming an important developing direction for minitypeand medium-size enterprise. The ideas and methods of Supply Chain Management (SCM)is exerting a more and more important influence on enterprise cluster. In this paper, theenterprise cluster and its characteristics are discussed, and the supply chain management,the role of supply chain net in enterprise cluster, the function and the new needs of it isdiscussed too. |
