摘    要:黄石市地质构造复杂。市区中,西塞山区及经济技术开发区局部建设场地范围内出露地层下部主要为三迭系下统大冶灰岩,溶洞、节理裂隙较发育。某27层商住楼,基础经比较分析采用冲孔灌注桩。由于场地条件、施工管理等多方面原因,经检测有超过50%的桩存在各项不满足规范的问题。论文详细介绍了通过各种处理手段,对出现问题的桩进行综合处理、计算。使得经过处理后的桩满足设计及规范的要求。

Abstract:Huangshi is a city with complex geological structure. The lower part of the exposed strata of the construction site of urban city within Xisai-san Zone and Economic and Technological Development Zone is formed by three-Triassic Daye limestone caverns and jointed relatively developed. A twenty seven-storey commercial and residential building is in progress, the foundation is filling pile through comparative analysis. Due to the site conditions, construction management, and many other reasons, it has been tested and found that more than 50% of the pile does not meet the specifications of the requirements. This thesis described in detail through a variety of means to dispose by comprehensive treatment the problems piles. Makes piles to meet the requirements of the design and specification.
