| 摘 要： | 根据鄂尔多斯韩土2号桥桥位工况和结构特点,介绍内陆地区钢箱梁现场拼装架设施工工艺;钢箱梁采用单元件形式出厂、龙门吊机吊装的施工方案。同时介绍了支架的设计和设置、焊接变形控制、测量控制方法;采用该方法施工的钢箱梁各项指标均符合设计及规范要求,可供类似钢箱梁高架桥的施工参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the working condition and structural characteristic of Ordos Hantu No.2Bridge , this paper introduces the assembly and erection methods of steel-box girder located inland.Steel-box girders are transported in elements and units and hoisted by gantry crane.Design and layout of supporting platform , control of welding distortion and measurement method are introduced.All the parameters of steel-box girder meet the requirements of design and standard after the whole girders being erected.Which may be a useful reference for the other similar steel-box girder viaducts. |
