柴油车发动机油管蠕变实验研究

摘    要:研究了柴油车发动机油管蠕变力学性能,为新型油管材料的研制提供粘弹性力学参数。取某公司生产的柴油车发动机油管以日本岛津电子万能试验机进行蠕变实验,得出了其蠕变数据和曲线。对实验数据以三参数模型进行处理,得出蠕变曲线和蠕变方程。对实验结果进行分析讨论。

Abstract:Researched on the oil tube creep mechanical property of diesel carrier engine, supply the viscoelasticity mechanics parameter for development of new style oil tube stuff. Proceeded the creep experiment with Japan Daojin electron universal testing machine on the diesel carrier engine lubricating oil tube which made in some company, and got both the creep data and curve. Disposed the experimental data with the three parameter model, and got both the creep curve and the creep equation. Analyzed and Discussed the experimental result.
