| Abstract: | A compositive new process combining the chlorine treatment system of ion-exchange electrolysis with that of diaphragm electrolysis is discussed.The characteristics of new process are introduced.And it provides a new thinking for the chlor-alkali plants that will establish new set of ion-exchange membrane electrolysis. |
