摘    要:综述了近年来我国在花生油传统加工工艺提升、花生油加工新技术、花生油黄曲霉毒素控制技术、花生油掺假鉴定技术和油脂抗氧化技术研究等方面取得的研究进展,提出了花生油加工技术的发展方向并展望了加工新技术的应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper,the recent advances in traditional peanut oil processing technology improvement,new peanut oil processing technology,peanut oil aflatoxin control technology,peanut oil adulteration identification technology and oil antioxidation technology researches in China were summarized,the development trends in peanut oil processing technology were suggested and the application prospects of new processing technology were put forward.
