高扭矩抛物线齿同步带及带轮的齿形设计

摘    要:本文从同步带的主要失效形式及传动特点入手,提出高扭矩抛物线齿同步带及带轮的设计方法,并利用啮合原理和复变函数求解方法对所设计的带及带轮进行了啮合运动分析和带齿齿廓应力计算分析,得出即满足带与轮啮合传动条件又使带齿有足够强度的带齿和轮齿齿形参数,设计和计算的结果同STPD同步带相比,载荷在带齿廓上的分布更合理。

Abstract:The outhors put forward a design method of synchro-belt and belt wheel with parabolic tooth shape, which is used in the high torque drive.This research is started with a research on the main damage and characteristic of synchro-belt drive.The outhors analyze the meshing motion of the belt and the wheel and calculating the stress of tooth shape on the belt. The tooth-shape designed are both satisfied with transmission condition and enough strength of belt tooth.The results show that the load distribution on the belt tooth is more equitable than that on the STPD belt.
