碳氮化物的析出行为对微合金化钢微观结构的影响

摘    要:钢的微合金化,即在钢中加入微量的铌(Nb)、钒(V)、钛(Ti)即可明显增强钢材的力学性能。在微合金化钢的强化机理中,第二相,主要是碳氮化物的析出强化是最重要的影响因素。通过研究高强度微合金钢在热处理过程中的第二相微粒析出行为,考察了温度对第二相析出顺序,析出量的影响规律。

Abstract:Micro-alloying was an effective method to improve the mechanical properties by alloying micro content of niobium,vanadium and titanium.Among the strengthening mechanisms,preci pitation strengthening of the second-phase,mostly carbonide and nitrides,was the brief mechanism indeed.In this paper,precipitation behavior of the second-phase during the heat treatment was studied.And the relevance between precipitation and temperature was determined.
