一种高精度的配对安装轴承载荷计算方法

摘    要:在轴向和径向载荷同时作用下,滚动轴承常常配对安装。在传统的机械设计过程中通常采用查询手册获取经验系数的方法来计算配对安装轴承的载荷,误差较大。针对这一问题,通过对轴承承载过程的讨论,阐述了传统计算方法的不合理之处;根据滚动轴承计算理论以及轴承作用机理,提出了一种基于迭代算法的配对安装轴承载荷计算方法,并举例计算得到了计算结果;建立了有限元模型并将计算结果与迭代计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,迭代计算结果与有限元结果相差不大,有效提高了计算精度。

Abstract:Roller bearings are usually paired installed under axis and radial loads. Load distribution of paired installed bearings was usually obtained by a coefficient from handbooks. Because of large error,this text elaborated the objection of traditional method after discussing the loading process of bearings;came up with a iteration based load calculation method for paired installed bearings according to the roller bearing computing theory and mechanism. What is more, computing results of the method were compared with FEM. It showed that iteration results have little difference with FEM ones and the iteration method promotes calculating precision effectively.
