纳米NiO/Zn复合粉体的合成及其表征

摘    要:用高能球磨工艺合成了不同锌含量的锌包覆纳米NiO复合微粉。用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪等对复合粉末进行了微观测试分析。结果表明,纳米NiO质量分数为10%的NiO/Zn混合粉末在球料比为3:1、球磨机转速为1450r/min、球磨600min后全部形成纳米NiO/Zn层包覆复合微粉,而纳米NiO达到理想的单分散效果。

Abstract:Layered Zn-coated nano-sized NiO nanocomposite powders were synthesized by high energy ball milling with different Zn contents in them. The microstructure and morphology of powders were investigated by XRD, SEM, FESEM, EDAX. The results show that layered Zn-coated nano-sized NiO nanocomposite powders had been formed entirely after 600 minutes of milling of the blend of micron Zn (90%, in mass) and nano-sized NiO. Thus evenly mixing Zn with nano-sized NiO could be reached.
