基于AMESim和Simulink的桥梁支座试验机横摆加载系统的同步仿真

摘    要:首先分析了桥梁支座试验机横摆液压系统双缸不同步的情况,提出了主从式同步策略,在Simulink中建立了模糊控制器。通过AMESim和Simulink对系统采用刚性同步和模糊控制的主从式同步控制两种方式进行了联合仿真并比较。仿真表明,采用主从式控制策略取得了较好的同步效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the asynchrony of longitudinal oscillation loading system of bridge bearing test machine, puts forward a tactics of synchronization with master-slave mode and establishes a fuzzy controller in Simulink. It simulates the loading system in rigid synchronization and synchronization with master-slave mode combining AMESim and Simulink, and makes a comprasion between them. The simulation results show that there are good synchronizing effects by applying synchronization with master-slave mode.
