聚丙烯酰胺/膨润土复合水凝胶的结构及粘弹性

摘    要:用丙烯酰胺和膨润土制备聚丙烯酰胺/膨润土(PAM/Bent)复合材料,再用差热分析(DTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、动态粘弹谱(DMA)对PAM/Bent复合水凝胶进行表征.结果显示,PAM与膨润土之间有强的相互作用;PAM/Bent复合水凝胶有完善的网络结构和高的强度。

Abstract:High water-absorbent composites comprising acrylamide and bentonite were prepared in the presence of a crosslinking agent.The composite hydrogels were obtained by immersing the composites in water.The structure and viscoelasticity of the hydrogels were characterized by DTA(differential thermal analysis),ESEM(environment scanning electron microscopy) and DMA(dynamic mechanical analysis).The results show that there are strong interaction between polyacrylamide and bentonite,and the composite hydrogels appear integrated net structure.Comparing with polyacrylamide hydrogels,the complex modulus of composite hydrogel is quite high,whose storage modulus is obviously higher than the loss modulus and has broad linear range with the change of angle frequency.
