浅析文化导入在大学英语课堂教学中的应用

众所周知,语言与文化有着密切的联系,语言体现着文化特征,没有文化的语言是毫无意义可言的。因此掌握好语言与文化间的相互影响,对于学习者来说具有十分重要的意义,在过去的大学英语教学中,教师只注重对大学生们语言学习能力的培养,大量地向他们讲解语法和词汇,而忽视对他们综合语言运用能力的培养,这就是明显的只重视语言现象而忽视语言文化特征的表现,这不仅不能使大学生们达到务实的学习目的,更不能从真正意义上帮助他们掌握英语这门课程。为此,本文从语言与文化的联系方面出发,阐述了文化导入在大学英语教学中应用的重要性,并进一步深层次地探讨了文化导入的内容以及它具体的应用方法。
