| 摘 要： | 本文依据热力学模拟试验及研究的变形、传热、微观组织相耦合的刚粘塑性二维有限元程序和微观模拟原理，对护环热变形锻造工艺优化和再结晶组织变化进行了预报。通过对镦粗工序的分析，不仅显示了应变场、温度场，而且预报了晶粒度的分布，说明质量预报具有工程意义。同时对开发的环坯复合成形新技术的工艺质量及晶粒度和动态再结晶进行了分析，说明质量预报不仅可以用于质量控制，而且可作为提供新技术开发的依据。

| Abstract: | According to the trails of thermodynamics simulation,microcosmic simulation,two dimensional rigid viscoplastic FEM coupled with deformation,heat conduction,microstructure change,and the principle of microcosmic simulation,the paper forecast the thermal strain,technical options and microstructure changes for retaining rings forging The analyses of hammered out process not only show the strain field and temperature field,but also forecast the distribution of the crystalline grain size And they prove that quality forecasting is significant of engineering In addition,the analyses for the technical quality,the crystalline grain size and dynamic recrystallization of the ring bases'new multi-forming procedure,illustrate that quality forecasting can provide basis for developing new techniques,except for applying for quality control |
