摘    要:分析了扬子石油化工公司催化重整装置脱戊烷塔铵盐形成和造成堵塞的原因:预加氢催化剂脱氮性能和重整催化剂比表面积下降导致氯化铵的形成,随着装置运行周期的延长,铵盐在脱戊烷塔内的累积增加,造成堵塞。通过用锅炉给水对脱戊烷塔进行在线冲洗,提高了脱戊烷塔的分离效率,改善了操作状况,保证了产品质量;并在操作中控制加氢精制油中的氮含量,减少重整催化剂氯的流失,减少铵盐的形成。

Abstract:The causes of ammonium salt formation and fouling in the reforming depentanizer of Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation were analyzed. The ammonium chloride was formed due to the weakening of the denitrogenation ability of the pre-hydrogenation catalyst and the specific area reducing of the reforming catalyst. The ammonium salt was accumulated in the depentanizer and led to plugging along with the lengthening of the running cycle. Through online purging of the depetanizer by boiler feed water, the separation efficiency was enhanced and the operation was improved, therefore, the product quality was insured. Controlling the nitrogen content in hydro-refined oil and reducing the chlorine run off of the reforming catalyst could also decrease the formation of ammonium salt.
