The urban river generally undertakes important tasks of flood control and storm drainage.With city development and people’s living standard improvement,river is the place that more and more people close to nature and live casual.Taking treatment of Dijing river and Shapu river which flow through the commercial square in Baoshan district of Shanghai city as an example,the paper introduces new design idea and structure design characteristics of river revetment in urban area and accumulates experience for similar engineering.
