Abstract:Amorphous graphite/resin composite bipolar plates for PEMFC were prepared by mould pressing process.Thermosetting resin was used as the binder and amorphous graphite as the conductive filler.The effects of filler particle size,filler content,thermosetting resin and moulding condition on the performance of bipolar plates were studied.The bipolar plate prepared with thermosetting resin P104-02 whose content was 18%~20% as binder,amorphous graphite whose particle size was 200~250 mesh as conductive filler,in the moulding condition of 140~145 ℃,15~20 MPa and 18~22 min had such performance:flexural strength >25 MPa,conductivity >100 S/cm,permeability <3×10-5 ml/(s·cm2).
