电解锰阳极泥的除杂活化及应用

摘    要:采用稀H2SO4w(NaCl)=5%]酸浸处理后,电解锰阳极泥中的MnO2含量由42%~59%提高到87%~93%,MnO2的晶体结构得到改善、电化学性能提高.用所得MnO2成的R2O电池,3.9Ω、0.9V连放时间超过290 min.

Abstract:Through the process of dilute H2SO4w(NaCl)=5%] leaching,the content of MnO2 in electrolytic-manganese anode slime increased from 42%~59% to 87%~93%,the crystal structure of MnO2 improved,its electrochemical performance increased.The 3.9 Ω,0.9 V continuous discharge time of R20 battery made by the prepared MnO2 was more than 290 min.
