磷、氮化合物促进润滑油生物降解的作用

摘    要: 研究了磷氮化脂肪酸、酰胺化脂肪酸以及磷酸三丁酯对生物难降解矿物油、聚α-烯烃PAO-10的生物降解性能的影响。结果表明,磷、氮化合物可明显促进生物难降解润滑油的生物降解。由于磷、氮化合物可诱导微生物体内的生物降解酶组分,促进微生物生长,增强微生物活性,因而促进了难降解润滑油的生物降解。

Abstract:Influences of phosphor-nitrogen modified fatty acid,amide type modified fatty acid,as well as tributyl phosphate,on biodegradation of unreadily biodegradable oils such as HVI500 mineral oil and polyalphaolefin PAO-10 were studied.The results indicated that the phosphorous and nitrogenous compounds can obviously promote the biodegradation of mineral oil and PAO,because they can bio-abduce the biodegradation enzyme in microbes therefore to accelerate microbe production and enhance microbe activity.
