摘    要:本文针对高速脉冲信号的测量要求,采用FPGA为主处理器,MSP430单片机为人机交互控制器。FPGA用于对被测脉冲信号进行实时采样,并转换为相应的有效值,经由MSP430单片机的片内AD转换成数字脉冲信号。此脉冲信号进一步输入双路高速比较器电路,与作为比较器参考电压的AD转换器输出进行比较,之后两路信号送FPGA处理得到脉冲信号的上升时间。

Abstract:In this paper, FPGA is used as the main processor while MSP430 microcontroller used as the human-machine interaction controller for the measurement of high-speed pulse signal. FPGA is used for real-time sampling of the pulse signal into the corresponding effective value, which is then converted into digital pulse signal with the on-chip AD of MSP430. The digital pulse signal is further sent into the dual high speed comparator to be compared with the output of the AD converter which is used as the reference voltage of the comparator, after which the two signals are delivered to the FPGA to obtain the onset of the pulse signal.
