| Abstract: | By means of modern frequency conversion technology to alter LW-7/450 block wire drawing machine into straight line one. The frame chart and policy function chart of system control are set up. According to mechanical speed ratio and drawing process,the suitable speed signal transfer program is established. It is proved by practice that the function of the system is stable and credible,which satisfies the requirements of production process and has reached the goal of technology alteration. |
