电机效率变化对变频改造节能效果的影响

对需要变速运行的风机实施变频调速节能改造是电机系统节能的重点,而准确的节能效果评估是节能项目投资决策的重要环节。目前的风机变频改造节能效果评估方法没有考虑变频前后电动机效率变化。通过对变频后电动机的效率进行理论推导,指出在变频后电动机效率变化明显,应该计及该效率变化对节能效果的影响。通过对某水泥厂实际风机的变频改造节能效果评估,表明电动机效率变化对节能效果影响较大,在变频改造项目的节能效果评估中有必要计及电动机效率变化对节能效果的影响。

Effect of motor efficiency on energy saving estimation of frequency conversion retrofits

Transformation of fan with frequency control is the key point of energy conservation project in motor system,and energy saving estimation is one of the most important parts of the transformation.The present estimation method did not consider the effect of motor efficiency varying with frequency control,but the derivation in the paper indicated the variation of motor efficiency is obvious.Therefore,the effect should be considered.The case study showed the effect taken on the results of the estimation demonstrating it is necessary to consider the motor efficiency in energy saving estimation.
