摘    要:本文采用刷涂加激光重熔固化处理的方法,在1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢表面激光熔敷 Co 基合金,显著提高了其耐高温腐蚀的性能。文中对激光熔敷 Co 基合金结晶的组织,高温腐蚀的机制及其腐蚀的产物进行了较详细的研究,为激光熔敷技术在实际生产中的推广应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:By using the way of brush and laser melting Co-base alloy was coated on thesurfaces of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti in this paper,The hot corrosion resistance is obviouslyimproved.The microstruture,mechanism of hot corrosion and corrosion products of laser coat-ing Co-base alloy were systematically studied.It provides a theoretical basis for laser-meltingtechnology in production.
