| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于PLC的钢水车模糊控制系统的设计方法。通过采集到的电机转速与设定的电机转速相比较后,以速度偏差及其变化量作为输入,通过模糊控制算法,使钢水车系统按照设定的最佳转速而运行,提高了控制精度和工作效率。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a design method of molten steel vehicle fuzzy control system based on PLC. After the motor speed to be collected is compared with the set motor speed,take velocity deviation and its variable quantity as input,by fuzzy control algo-rithm ,make the molten steel vehicle system operate according to the set optimum speed. Thus raise control precision and work efficiency. |
