苯乙烯在超临界CO2中的聚合反应

摘    要:研究了苯乙烯在超临界CO2中的沉淀聚合反应,探讨了CO2压力、单体的体积分数、引发剂与单体的摩尔比及添加共溶剂等条件对反应的影响。研究发现:增大CO2压力、减小苯乙烯的体积分数、增大引发剂与单体的摩尔比,都使聚合产物相对分子质量减小;在一定的CO2压力范围内,所得聚合物相对分子质量分布曲线呈双峰,而同时添加少量甲苯为共溶剂,可增强超临界CO2与苯乙烯的相容性,从而使聚合产物相对分子质量分布曲线呈单峰。

Abstract:Precipitation polymerization of styrene in supercritical CO 2 was studied The effect of the pressure of CO 2,concentration of the monomer and initiator,addition of co solvent are explored It is found that increase in CO 2 pressure,decrease in concentration of styrene,and increase in initiator concentration will all decrease the molecular weight of the product Under certain range of CO 2 pressure,the GPC sketch of the product shows double peaks,and at the same time,the addition of a small amount of toluene as co solvent will make it show single peak by enhancing the compatibility of supercritical CO 2 with styrene
