壳聚糖吸附铜离子的研究

摘    要:本文研究了铜离子浓度、壳聚糖的加入量以及壳聚糖的脱乙酰度对壳聚糖螯合吸附铜离子能力的影响。实验表明,铜离子浓度约在0.0085M左右时可以达到最大吸附百分率。吸附百分率随着脱乙酰度的增加而增加,最大脱乙酰度值约60%左右,超过此值吸附百分率略有下降。

Abstract:The effect of concentration of copper ion solution, the amount of chitosan suspended in copper ion solution, and the degree of deacetylation of chitosan on the power of adsorption and chelation of chitosan were investigated. The data showed that the maximum adsorption capacity could be obtained at the concentration of copper ion solution about 0.0085M. The adsorption percent increased abruptly with the amount of chitosan increased at the early stage, The adsorption percent increased with the rise of the degree of deacetylation of chitosan until the maximum adsorption at the degree of deacetylation about 60%. When the data continued to increase, the adsorption percent decreased slightly.
