摘    要:在通常的电磁学教科书中,只讨论静止电荷之间的作用规律(库仑定律),本文用狭义相对论的基本原理,通过洛仑兹变换,导出了运动电荷之间的相互作用规律具有相对论效应.严格证明了库仑定律应用的范围只限于静止的电荷.从另一侧面阐述了电场和磁场的相互联系。

The relativity effect of interaction between moving electric charges
Abstract:Usually, in the textbooks, only the interaction between static electric charges is discussed. According to relativity principle of special relativity, the interaction between moving electric charges is studied via Lorentz transformation. It is concluded that the role of interaction between moving electric charges exhibits relativity effect. It is proved that coulomb law is only applicable to static electric charges. Thus, the relationship between electric field and magnetic field is explained from another point of view.
