山楂叶总黄酮酶解提取液的澄清工艺研究

摘    要:采用ZTC-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂对山楂叶总黄酮酶解提取液进行了澄清工艺研究。以加入澄清剂后所形成的絮状物的重量为指标,考察了澄清荆(组分A、组分B)的添加次序、用量、作用温度、作用时间、待澄清液pH值、液固比对酶解提取液澄清效果的影响。实验结果表明,澄清剂的加入次序及加入量、待澄清液pH值,液固比对山楂叶酶解提取液的澄清效果有显著影响。与乙醇沉淀法相比,吸附澄清法所形成的絮凝物重量多,澄清效果好,具有生产成本低.可操作性强等优点。

Abstract:The application of model II ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent in enzyme-extracting of total flavones from hawthorn leaves was studied. The effects of adding sequence for model II ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent, dosage of clarifier A and B, clarifying temperature, clarifying time, pH value of extracting solution, ratio of the solvent volume to hawthorn leaves weight on clarifying effects were evaluated with the weight of flocculate as index. The results show that adding sequence of model II ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agent, dosage of clarifier A and B, pH value of extracting solution, ratio of the solvent volume to hawthorn leaves weight have great influence on the weight of flocculate produced by using clarifying agent. Compared with the ethanal precipitation method, the clarification technique has advantage of high flocculate yield, better clarity,low cost and manipulation easily etc.
