长沙市国家税务系统公务员工作压力与工作满意度关系研究

摘    要:文章针对长沙市税务系统的实际情况设计调查问卷,重点研究了税务工作的工作压力和工作满意度的关系问题。数据统计分析结果表明:不同职位阶层、学历和年龄员工的工作压力和工作满意度显著不同;工作压力主要压力源为工作本身压力、角色压力、人际压力、职业发展压力、组织运行压力和社会支持压力;工作满意度主要体现为工作本身、工作回报、工作条件、人格与工作匹配四方面满意度;工作压力对工作满意度呈显著负向预测作用。
