摘    要:以改进的微乳液聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸共聚物[P(MMA-BA-AA)]纳米粒子,以此对聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行增强,讨论了粒子含量对复合材料性能的影响,表明少量粒子可明显提高PVA力学性能。采用P(MMA-BA-AA)纳米粒子增强可同时提高复合材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,P(MMA-BA-AA)含量为5%时,PVA拉伸强度从50.3MPa提高到65.7MPa,断裂伸长率从201%提高到248%。通过中和乳液粒子,证实增强粒子和PVA之间的主要作用是氢键复合。借助动态力学性能测试,定量计算了PVA与增强粒子间的界面黏结强度。结果表明:粒子含量5%时与PVA间作用最强。材料界面黏结强度的变化与其玻璃化转变温度及力学性能的变化完全吻合。

Abstract:P(MMA-BA-AA)nanoparticles were prepared by improved microemulsion polymerization.The effect of nanoparticle content on properties of PVA composite was studied.The result shows that:with the addition of 5%P(MMA-BA-AA),the tensile strength of PVA composite increases from 50.3MPa to 65.7MPa,the elongation at break increases from 201%to 248%.The interaction between reinforcing particles and PVA was proved to be hydrogen bonds by neutralizing emulsion particles.The interfacial adhesive strength between PVA and the reinforcing particles was calculated quantificationally by DMA.The result shows that the interaction is the highest between PVA and 5%reinforcing particle.The variation of interfacial adhesive strength of the composite is in accordance with the variation of the glass transition temperature and mechanical properties.
