摘    要:本文开发了一个微机数据采集与质量控制系统,可以将数显测微仪测量的数据直接送入计算机。根据PC总线计算系统硬件,对数据采集与质量控制系统的硬件进行了总体设计。主要内容包括:接口电路板的硬件设计,I/O口地址的译码方法及数据转换原理。质量控制与数据采集系统可以实现生产过程的在线测量和自动监控。

Abstract:This paper develops a kind of quality control and data acquisition system which can feed the numerical value measured by the digital display dial gauge into the computer directly. Based on the PC bus computer system hard ware, the overall design of the hardware and software function of the quality control and data acquisition system is presented. It has the main contents as follows tthe hardware design of the interface circuit board,the decoding method of the I/O port adress and the principle of figure convertion. With the quality control and data acquisition system,the online measurment and automatic monitoring of the product process can be realized.
