摘    要:建立了超声提取气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)测定纺织品中多环芳烃(PAHs)含量的分析方法,研究了提取溶剂、提取时间和温度对提取效率的影响,确定最佳提取条件。该方法应用于纺织品中PAHs的检测,16种PAHs的线性范围为0.05~4.0mg/L,方法检出限在0.012~0.094mg/kg内,加标回收率为68.7%~107.3%,相对标准偏差为0.58%~11.9%。方法简便可靠,能够达到纺织品中16种多环芳烃的检测要求。

Abstract:An analytical method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in textiles by supersonic extraction coupled with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry was developed.Through analyzing the effect of extraction solvent,extraction time and temperature on the extraction efficiency,the optimal extraction condition was confirmed.With this method to detect PHAs in textiles,the linearity range of 16 kinds of PHAs varied from 0.05mg/L to 4.0mg/L,the detection limits of this method ranged from 0.012mg/kg to 0.094mg/kg.The recovery rate was from 68.7% to 107.3% with the relative standard deviation ranging from 0.58% to 11.9%.The method was convenient and reliable,can meet the requirement of determination of 16 kinds of PHAs in textiles.
