| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于磁敏电阻元件的磁阻式接近开关，设计了其信号处理电路，并将其应用于铁磁性齿轮的转速测量。该接近开关利用磁阻效应原理制成，具有结构简单，成本低廉，灵敏度高的优点。对不同径向间距下接近开关的差程值进行测量，由实验结果可知，在3～7mm的检测距离内，该磁阻式接近开关工作性能稳定，动态特性良好，抗干扰能力强，且工作频率范围较宽，能适应高速和低速的齿轮转速变化，可替代传统的磁电式和霍尔式转速传感器，用于铁磁性齿轮的转速测量。

| Abstract: | A magneto-resistive proximity switch based on magnetic resistor which is used for ferromagnetic gear speed measurement is introduced,and its signal processing circuit is designed.The proximity switch with the principle of magneto-resistive effect has advantages of simple construction,low cost and high sensitivity.The path-differences with different radial-distances are measured.The experiment shows that the proximity switch has reliable performance,favorable dynamic characteristics,and good anti-jamming cap... |
