摘    要:在后备直流电源的使用中,阀控铅酸蓄电池被广泛的应用。但在具体使用中由于缺乏必要的监测手段,同时日常监测又不具备准确的监测方法,所以直流电源中常由于电池问题引发事故。设计一种有效的蓄电池在线监测方案,通过力控组态软件准确掌握蓄电池电压、内阻和剩余电量等参数,实现了铅酸蓄电池组监测和性能预测的自动化。

Abstract:VRLA battery as stand-by power has been widely used in many power-supply systems.The accidents usually happened due to the battery in the DC power supply because of lacking necessary monitoring tools and without accurate monitoring method in daily monitoring.An effective battery on-line monitoring program is designed,the battery voltage,resistance and other parameters can be controlled by forcecontrol software for realizing accurate monitoring and performance prediction of VRLA battery.
