小卫星通信系统射频前端设计

摘    要:阐述了小卫星的发展背景、工作模式及技术上的优点,介绍了小卫星采用的射频前端系统结构。为了系统的合理设计,以满足星间通信的要求,对系统中低噪放电路、锁相环电路、自动增益控制电路的工作原理和重要指标进行了分析,采用ADS,ADIsimPLL软件仿真,得出适合要求的电路结构。最终制作出系统电路板并调试实现预期指标。

Abstract:The developing background,working mode and advantages of small satellite are described.The RF front-end system structure is introduced.In order to meet the communication requirements between satellites,the working principle and specifications of three important circuits of low noise amplifier,PLL and AGC are analyzed.The proper circuits were designed by means of the simulation with ADS and ADISimPLL softwares.The system circuit board was made out and the expected indexes were achieved by debugging.
