| 摘 要： | 针对车牌自动识别系统的车牌定位方法进行了研究分析，提出一种结合边缘检测和数学形态学的车牌定位算法。利用边缘检测和形态学分析得到车牌候选区域，对候选区域进行连通域分析，实现了对车牌区域的定位。实验结果表明，该方法降低了各种背景噪声对图像中目标区域判别的影响，降低了车牌定位时间，有效地实现了车牌定位。
